This Bankruptcy Laws course provides a comprehensive understanding of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (IBC), its historical evolution, legal framework, and its role in handling insolvency for corporate entities, individuals, and partnerships. Students will explore corporate insolvency resolution processes (CIRP), liquidation, pre-packaged insolvency, and the role of insolvency professionals. The course also covers adjudicating authorities, penalties, and the regulatory framework under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI).
