Description
This course provides a comprehensive study of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) mechanisms, focusing on arbitration, conciliation, mediation, and Lok Adalats. Students will gain knowledge of arbitration laws, tribunal procedures, the enforcement of awards, and the role of the judiciary in ADR. The course will also explore international arbitration laws and treaties governing the enforcement of foreign awards.
